I placed 2 orders one which they sent an email saying I'm sorry and a 25$ code and the other order never heard back from them yet do u think I will get it? Or was I suppose to get a follow up email that it's being shipped!? Oh well...some things are too good to be true (what comes easy goes easy

I don't mind that they canceled my order.

BUT:

A) Don't pretend like it's an unauthorized coupon.
Unless you're claiming that someone hacked into the site,
and created a generic coupon for an ugly messenger bag and nothing else.
Customers aren't stupid, don't treat us like morons.

B) If you're cancelling my order, then you better make sure you remove me from your marketing list that I never signed up for. Otherwise you're going straight to the spam folder.

I got mine today. Nobody here called it ugly. One of my kids liked it (but he has no taste). It's too small for my 16" laptop. But would hold a tallis and tefillin nicely.

For a joke I put my talis bag in it. DW said NO!
But one of ny kids who has good taste wants it for a laptop. Not sure if it fits though...

According to what was reported previously on DD, the coupon was not meant for public use. Whether it was a private coupon that went viral or somehow leaked, no one is stating that it was somehow "hacked".

That said, I received mine in the mail yesterday. It would have been stylish ten or so years ago, but hey, free is free and its not all that bad. My wife is using it as a briefcase for her teaching materials, it's roomy enough for some notebooks and printouts, the interior compartment is divided for laptops but it won't fit anything much bigger than a netbook or chromebook. Also has spacious pockets on the outside that will easily fit a laptop brick or a mouse (or her wallet).

Based on what I read here from those who chatted or emailed them, they are claiming its an "unauthorized" coupon and other terms like that, which is a lie. It was an authorized coupon which was created by someone who didn't know what they're doing and it was subsequently shared with the world like all other good coupons. Frankly it doesn't matter what they intended, don't lie and claim that it's an unauthorized code if someone in the company created the code.

unauthorized means that it was not used as intended. *YOU* were not supposed to have access to it. It was not supposed to be released to the general public. It was anyway, hence the "unauthorized".

And also, since when does customer service ever know what's really going on?

My son particularly liked the idea of putting his 2 pairs of tefilin in the 2 front pockets.

I was told by the manager if you used a gmail account you can get it even though they cancelled it.. I had an aol account and she said it was only honored for gmail.
