Seems only the empty legs. But im curious if it will get you the helicopter transfers members get

Only top tier members get helicopters for free, for other members it's available for an add on price.

Figured, but since this is kind of a three month membership i would be hoping it would be included

It's a 3 month membership of the lowest tier, which is why it includes deals only and not the shuttle.
