I don't know all the diff particularities but I think Perrier has the best tasting seltzer fizz (although not the longest lasting). And I absolutely love the Israeli Schweppes Mugaz fizz from any other drink.
yumm i love the bitter lemon flavor the best

The Beer Mayim glass bottles had the strongest fizz.

But sometimes I want a more flavorful drink with gentle fizz.

I agree with this

Surprised there are no votes for Trader Joes.

The amount of seltzer I consume makes price and fizz lasting both important factors. If possible please include price in posts.
I found that the 24 pack of deer park bottles they have at Costco for $6.99 (at least in OH) is the best. Comes with 6 lemon, 6 orange, 6 black cherry and 6 raspberry lime. Works out to 29 cents a bottle half the size of the Adirondack/Beer Mayim. Fizz rarely runs out. A distant second (Costco sometimes runs out) would be...
In my experience, Adirondack seltzer is the very best in flavored seltzer. Mammesh tastes like soda just without the sugar.
My kid actually likes it just as much as he enjoys soda.
At Marc's they are about 60 cents each.

This thread amazes me. I am jealous of you guys.
I love seltzer and drink a ton of it but if you were to ask me to describe the differences between brands, I really couldn't.

If you are really serious about fizz lasting and price, check out the DIY Method, you can set it to whatever pressure you want any it basically lasts forever.

You see no difference between say, Be'er mayim's "Highly carbonated" seltzer to some other brands that go flat within minutes of opening?

You have to pay attention to which brand you're drinking, by the time you're complaining that it's flat
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

I wouldn't be interested in spending two minutes for each glass of seltzer. Anyways the discussion was buying selter. Not soda steam vs. DIY.

If you need fizz, Be'er Mayim is the way to go. Taste isn't bad either.
+1. Can't go back.
If you don't care why would you comment?

Beer mayim and mayim chaim use different kinds of gas. Beer mayim is strong fizz when you open it but goes flat fast, Mayim Chaim has weaker fizz but lasts allot longer.
