I purchased a galaxy phone as an upgrade on my platinum card, i dropped it and the screen is broken. I don't have insurance, will amex reimburse for it it was purchased within 90 days?

Probably. Some people have gotten that Amex doesn't cover phones while others have. So honestly try calling of sm-ing them.

They covered the purchase price for 2 of my family members for their iphones. Have the dates when you purchased it, and have the receipt because they sometimes ask for it.

So if I bought an iPhone 5 during the bestbuy special and traded in an iPhone 4 and paid the 13.00 tax with amex, and the screen cracked 7 weeks later, I'll get nothing from amex?
