Is Southwest business also included in 5/24? If yes, would it make a difference if I apply with a new business name that I haven't used before?

Does opening  new business cards count towards 5/24 for chase personal cards?

If the business card shows up on your personal credit report it counts. Chase business cards can  be seen by Chase and also  count.

What about Amex business cards? A pull on the credit itself doesn't ruin it?

No
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

As far as I know business cards that show up on your personal credit report are Barclaycard, Discover, and Cap one. Chase doesn't like to see "too many inquiries" either. I'm not sure how many is too many, but it's generally recommended not to apply for more than two Chase CCs in 30 days, three in six months, or four in a year.
