Thanks, but I've never been so turned off about writing another TR.

Not going to spend hours just to get crapped on again too soon, so I guess they have accomplished what they wanted.

Everyone gets their hanaa out of reading a TR. Some of us see cool stuff and get good information and think about trips we might want to do. Some of us write nasty comments.

And more people will write negative comments than positive comments. It's a lot more exciting to attack than to say, "Thanks! Great TR."

I only skim the foodie TRs. But I appreciate your writing them. When I go on vacation to that spot, I'll read your restaurant review and know where to go or not.

I don't generally read the foodie TRs, unless there's some angry lunatics posting in the comments. Then I'll usually read the posts linked on this thread. So I appreciate your writing them.

I gotta agree with Henche on this.
With the food reviews, I start reading them but mostly skim the ends. Unless there are juicy comments.

Why not just posted here on DDF? Doesn't have to be so eloquently written (though I do appreciate them). Just a quick rundown on what to do and not to do, and how the food was.

TR on DDF are really a wealth of valuable information. I don't go anywhere without skimming each one on that destination. We all appreciate it, and the naysayers don't make it too far here.
