Israel Trip - recommendation for BarMitzvah project

I have searched the DD Forum but was not able to locate anything on this subject ... let me know if I missed an existing post.

We are looking to take a family trip to for my sons BarMitzvah this summer and looking for ToDo/PointOfInterest suggestions that would interest my son and make the trip memorable for him.
We are not planning to get a travel guide.
Here is what we are came up so far:

- Teffilin by the Wall
- Masaad/Ein Gedi
- Hamat Tiberias National Park
- Blind Museum in Holon
- Hasset project:

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
