award first class availability

my family is trying to fly from new york leaving purim night,march 20th,sunday to tel-aviv and return that thursday,the 24th. we need 5 first class seats and have plenty of amex points,it is sort of a very urgent trip and due to circumstances,needs to be direct flights. if anyone can let me know if they can find any availability i'd greatly appreciate it!!!! thanks so much!!!

If plenty Amex means 1,500,000 then you can fly CO BF direct. Otherwise you're out of luck.

BTW, you do know that El Al is the only marketed first class direct?

Can't he buy those tickets for less than the value of the Amex points? This way he'd get miles for all 5 tickets.

1.66 CPP. But with buying one gets tickets. All five tickets is over 50k CO.

There's also the $99 MR conversion fee. He's lucky it's capped, or it'd be $900... Are there any CO award booking fees?
