ISO Deal on Water cooler/dispenser
« on: June 16, 2016, 12:02:06 PM »
Tired of buying brita filters, was looking to get home delivery of water. is it better to rent or buy a cooler? any suggestions or recommendations for which is best and/or any deals on these?

Any benefit to top or bottom loading? Thanks in advance.

The bottom loading ones that I have seen use an electric pump to bring the water from the bottle into the cooler.  Thus it is a problem to use on shabbos.  The top ones just use gravity and do not pose the same problems

i dont know the first thing about water coolers, and im also not trying to sound condescending, but it is ever better to rent something than buy something? unless maybe you dont know if you will like it, perhaps

When buying a decent one could cost you around $80+, and you can rent the same thing for $1 a month, it's not too bad.

Thanks for this, didn't think about the pump, just about the buttons...
