I have a 3G Sprint stick that you just plug in & it works. I would rent it out for cheap. Also interested in selling it if anyone needs.

Also I have a bunch of Clear Hotspot pieces that I use for my business. Its 4G unlimited, that I would also be interested in renting them out.

Depending on how long you are looking to rent it. For example if you are looking to rent it for a year I would do around $350.

Do you have a smartphone that you can add tethering? Maybe there is optimum wifi that someone can give you a good login.

If any neighbor has Internet there will be an xfinity/comcast wifi hotspot.
Maybe someone can give you a login for comcast so u can get online.
