Each promotion has different terms and vehicle options to which it will apply, and that information will always be displayed when you apply the promo code on your account. You can also login to your account at uber.com to see your applied promos and their terms.

This was the message I sent initially:

Promo Code: Smartwaterfashion

Issue: I just applied the promo smartwaterfashion to my accout, and the app responded that I have 1 available 30 min ride to use. I do not see this promotion applied in the promotion section of my account, will it be applied on my next ride? Also, must I use this promotional credit by a specific date, or in other words, does this promotional credit expire?

This was their response:

No word about an expiration date, so I'm gonna bank on that and use this email as evidence.
