Issue: I just applied the promo smartwaterfashion to my accout, and the app responded that I have 1 available 30 min ride to use. I do not see this promotion applied in the promotion section of my account, will it be applied on my next ride? Also, must I use this promotional credit by a specific date, or in other words, does this promotional credit expire?
This was their response:

No word about an expiration date, so I'm gonna bank on that and use this email as evidence.
Should I send out the same initial email to uber from my wifes account? (She succesfully applied the promotion too.)
