You should advertise in the local BP leaflets. Luach Hatzibbur. And Kol Beramah. You will be flooded by calls. The oilem here is savvy enough to already have these SIMs and put them on standby until they go again.

I appreciate your response. Not looking to make a business out of this. I have a SIM I always keep, but last time I went, I went with a few additional adult family members, so I got 3 more. I thought I could rent them out easily just to cover costs in a way that זה נהנה וזה לא חסר, but due to lack of interest I just decided to shut down these lines. (Interesting thing is that it must be done in writing, and the file name for the Golan disconnect form is GT_Churn, so it seems like they expect a lot of churning, which is an obvious outcome of Israeli law forbidding long term contracts)

You can just fill out the form they email you online, and then email it back to them.
