Hi guys, I am in Venice with no luggage. Lufthansa screwed up big time.
Either way I have no clothing... The bags were checked in under my fathers name.
I have the SPG card, plat business, citi aa platinum etc.
Can I buy clothing & they will cover it or because its under my fathers name its a problem.
It was an award flight booking if it matters

What matters is what card the tickets were purchased under? What card did you use to make the purchase for the taxes?

Luggage got delayed for a few days. Ticket was an award business class ticket and fees where paid by Citi AA Executive, any ideas?

Citi Prestige card doesnt cover baggage delayed if your coming home?? Is that only them or is every card like that?
