Enterprise for National Club Executive Members
« on: March 12, 2011, 02:49:26 PM »
If I rent from Enterprise in canada and plug in my National Club Exec (from me amex plat) info will i get the same benefits as if renting from national...i.e. the upgrade from mid to full w/ exec selection?

this cuts the underage fee down from $30 to $10 per day...i dont think chabad cpt works for canada to waive the fee..or is there one that does?

thanks!

Do you get upgraded for using national exec # on the reservation?
Always use an Amex, you'll thank me one day.

I spoke to enterprise supervisor...you get no benefits. Only rental credit. What's really annoying is I reserved a full size (I have Usaa) with the 800 number and when I got to the branch (monsey), I was told that enterprise made a new rule in July  that under 25 yrs old can only rent up to a standard "in this region". Not major diff in car size between standard and full, but anything higher is off limits  >:(
Hertz is the way to go!
And btw, online, without Usaa code it showed an age problem, but with Usaa it didn't show age problem. So the branch manager may have made a mistake by not differentiating Usaa from the klal.

i had the same problem. i played phone tag with bunch of people and they said it is a mistake on computer, not supposed to let. (branch manager (jfk) said he is going to give me voucher for free day bec it caused other problems bec i needed a minivan. i never got them buts its possible it got thrown out while i was away in yeshiva. he said he would void them and send new ones when he gets more but never got those either)
