I had to change dates on a WOW round trip air ticket between Baltimore and Iceland, due to a family issue. The ticket change prices exceeded the original price of the first ticket
Now, it looks like I will have to change the flight again....at some point, this doesn't make sense. I don't want to change again until I am 100% sure I can make it. Due to the seasons in Iceland, it's tricky to change until you make sure you can go in a week when the season may be favorable (enough daylight and not too many blizzards! LOL)
Does anyone know if I can get the balance transferred to a voucher or WOW gift card? I hate to lose the entire value of the ticket (now over $600). What is the worse case scenario? Do people ever end up selling or donating airline tickets to salvage some value? THANKS
