Amex Biz Cards New Rules

... And... I just got a Business Platinum offer in the mail (100k/10k + 25k/5k + 25k/5k. I've never seen that before...) and the T&Cs states,

 "Welcome bonus offer not available to applicants who have or have had this product."

alright! sounds good! at least the mailings have started to arrive! (P.S. some people got with & some without language on this 150k biz offer)
I saw today for the first time a personal plat 150k after $15k in spend in 12 months (I am writing it in clear wording not the way amex wrote it), no language

Sorry for crossposting not sure if everyone reads gfst, got a 150k offer today with no lang, divided into increment's of 5k for first 100k and then 5k for the next two subsequent 25k
