It would actually sound quite funny.

AAgent: From where to where?
SF: DME-YKS-DME tomorrow and then the cheapest OW city pair anytime in the next year.
AAgent: I'm sorry sir, I've just been transferred to the SF desk and I'm not quite used to your ridiculous requests. Could you please be more specific.

You can do a dummy first like AEP-IGR/DME-YKS-DME.

I'd be very surprised if LAN's systems were synchronized with S7.  There is definitely risk though.

You can book DME-YKS-DME with no dummy legs or expedite fees for just 100,000 kilometers (40,000 SPG)
