Citi unable to pull frozen EXP
« on: February 28, 2016, 08:23:34 PM »
Hi everyone,

I've had this issue with Citi twice now. They are unable to use my pin (either my standard pin or a newly created one time pin) to pull my CR after an app. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you get around it?

Thanks!

Do a temporary thaw online. It's instant and free in some States like Indiana.

I've never had luck with the pin and had to end up unfreezing each time.

Thanks. It costs money in CA. Turns out they need to input a 15 digit code and mine was only 6. So found a rep that added 9 zeros in front
