They provide almost full body protection, can easily be cleaned with a wipe or under the tap. One size fits all.
The frum stores that I know in Europe, sell a similar thing. But much more expensive and have to go in washing machine to be cleaned. The pro of those ones is that they have all sizes from a few months old till about ten years old...
