I made a cash+miles reservation on BA recently. I used 30k Avios. I had to cancel and was told I would be getting the Avios back, then I got communication saying that since it was a non-refundable ticket, the Avios were not going to be refunded. Any advice on how to proceed and who specifically to contact?
