this watch was selling on amazon last week for $182 and now on MY Habit for $215

REG. is $2000-$3000...

whats the story behind this?

I doubt it is *really* a $3000 watch. It's been selling on Amazon for under 400 for about 6 months.

I bought one and it doesn't mention anywhere that its not real... and are the companies allowed to write that the regular price is $2-3k if its not?

That’s deceptive marketing and should be considered fraud. Inflated MSRPs are BS which is why I often tell my DW that’s should almost always be evaluated by absolute price, and % off does not matter at all.
