That's not my experience. Fees were exactly as expected. Just make sure you know which insurance option you want to go with, and you coverage from your primary auto-policy (if you have that). I would rent with them again, if the car was late year model, car-owner had many good reviews, and savings were substantial relative to conventional rental companies.
