מתנות לאביונים online?

Looking for the best place to observe the mitzvah online, no proper Jewish אביונים where I'll be for Purim.

Priorities are:
1. Reliable organization.
2. Collects for real poor people (not a school/ othercause.
3. Will distribute the funds on Purim, same day.
4. Bonus if they will give two gifts to two poor people on my behalf.

I personally know a family in Eretz yisroel (jerusalem) that is in desperate need of money. I will personally be giving  the money directly to him on purim in yerushalayim! Tax deductible options available.

I checked.  They do Purim distribution. (Perhaps send a note with your donation.)
Mostly (all?) run by volunteer staff.

Can't tell exactly what you're trying to say with that mareh makom, but it'd be hard to say that you're yotze the actual mitzva of matanos l'evyonim by giving to a goy. I always understood 694:3 as referring to monies beyond the primary chiyuv - ie there's an ikar chiyuv of matanos l'evyonim (for which there are special dinim), and a secondary halacha of kol haposhet yad nosnim lo. On that second halacha, there's a discussion of whether or not it's okay to give to a goy who is poshet yad.
