Specifically a 40w equiv. candelabra type LED bulb and a 100-120 watt equiv. LED for a living room.

I have seen deals pop up from time to time but they are almost always for the lower wattage bulbs

I know this is probably taboo, but just set a SlickDeals alert for LED. You'll have to ignore a bunch of irrelevant stuff, but that's the easiest way to keep informed about those types of deals.

You didn't mention bulb type for the 100-120w equivalent (ie standard? reflector?).

It's only a 2 year warranty - almost every manufacturer has at least that long. It's probably a good price for that specific bulb, but the filament design, bent tip, and dimmable features are often more expensive. If you don't need those things, an equivalent bulb can be had for much less than $7.50 (or even $6.75).

Remember to look for Lumens on the bulb packaging. The X watts equivalent ratings are subject to a range and you can get as much as 15% less light than a 60W incandescent from a 60W equivalent LED.
