Re: 24 hour period you can try calling, I've always found Hertz for Usaa members to be amazingly helpful, you can also figure out what the pc code outs and enter it into the res (each tier of redemption has its own pc code).
You are correct regarding 2 week thing, I heard around two years ago that they were upping it to a month but so far it hasn't happened.

Iirc it worked, go through the steps of a mock res you should see it at some point.

In NY if you rent from HLE total comes out to $0 I dont know about NJ

One way is double, I'm pretty sure there is a full list.
If you don't end up paying anything whatsoever on your rental it could be an issue with credit card insurance maybe add an extra paying day or call credit card company to figure it out.

good to know and also if you book a premium or full size thru points is the location responsible to meet the res or they can just give you what they want and say this is the best we got

also will it help to get charged from the ezpass in the car or to rent a gps or prepay on the gas or it need to be specifically rental charges

If it's an HLE they may not carry premium but they will be as responsible as a regular res, if you're presidents circle it's confirmed...

Just got downgraded to 5 star any way to get back pc status by calling up etc.. lost exec elite so cant status match also would it be worthwhile to buy the status higher than pc for limited time then use up points and cancel?
