I was wondering if anyone had good solution to strong customer complaint marriot's customer care not helping with, for example, the executives emails. Went to hotel for two days- bathroom door locked somehow in middle of night and phone was broken- went down at 1am to get it opened- they spent a half hour in room unitl they realized they didn't have the right key and would have to open in the morning and then moved us in middle of the night including our baby. They only refunded a small portion of the points for that one night and customer care said they cant override what that hotel offers- insane. Any help or experience would be appreciated thank you
