Hope I'm posting in the right group...

I'm Mosaic and I cancelled an itinerary purchased on plus card (not points).

Is there any way for the refund to get posted back to the card or it must go to the travel bank which expires in 12 months?

It's approx $1800 and I plan on using points for most future reservations, so I'd rather the funds go back to the card.

Is it possible or the funds can only go into the travel bank on cancelled reservations as the agent said on the phone?

"Possible?" Sure, in the same way it's possible for any airline's non-refundable fare to be refunded.

Is it policy? No. All non-refundable bookings refunded for Mosaics are put into a Travel Bank.

Before all of ya'll go nuts, I can 95% certainly confirm that 6/24 is hard coded on all Barclays cards.

The day after the last DP I have for an approval above 6/24.
I've seen 10s of denial since then.
I'm fairly certain it's a done deal.

Finally spoke to a supervisor and they pushed the application through. Their business department at barclays is not impressive to say the least.
