anything better for the  plus version?

Not that I heard.

When we landed I asked one of the FA's if I could have a paper application to post the offer code here,  but they were all in the back supposedly and I wasn't about to wait for 180 people to disembark.

If anyone is interested maybe you could call in and claim the plane was out of paper applications and you didnt feel comfortable sharing your SSN with the FA's on their tablet

How come when I'm checking in online and I add bags it shows up as $20. Shouldn't  it automatically come up as zero because I have the card?  The true blue number is linked to the card and ticket

It should be 0 for the first bag.
Call them.

Called them earlier. Was a tech issue which was taken care of after a "short" hold of 15 minutes

Strange DP to add:
I booked a flight with JB points in Nov for a flight in Feb. I got the card in Jan. Comments on this thread were confirmed by two diff reps, namely, that I would qualify for the free bags with the card but missed the 10% rebate since I didn't have it at the time of booking.
At check-in, the rep told me that I have to pay for bags.  When I told her the story, she called TrueBlue who confirmed that I needed to pay for my reservation with the CC to get free bags, but still gave me the free bags as a courtesy since I was told by two reps that they'd be free. Tonight, I see that I got 10% of my points credited to me acct.
In other words, the opposite of what I had been told turned out to be true, though I was ultimately able to get the best of both worlds.

I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to put $50,000 spend on my Jet Blue Plus card to get Mosaic status. The catch is that I would pay about 2.85%, or $1,400, in fees for this purchase (tuition).  The 50,000 (actually, about 51,400, when you factor in the fees) JetBlue miles would be worth something like $800 in JetBlue travel (when you factor in the 10% rebate), so the net cost of the Mosaic status is about $600.  This status would be good for the remainder of this calendar year plus next year (2018).  I guess it depends how many flights I plan to make (or, how many I plan to purchase and cancel!), but I'm wondering what you all think about this analysis.

+ 15000 points for hitting mosaic

+ get the business card and the rebate should stack to 20%. (unclear on this one although mine is stacking at 15% right now with the personal plus card and the old amex converted card)
