How bad is it that I didnt roll up my awning (tristate-standard) before tonights snow? (Predicting 2-3 inches) I tried rolling it up now but its already too heavy..

It isn't great but best to leave it at this point and don't try t knock off the snow from the bottom since you are more likely to poke a hole through it. I've done the same a few times with a Dean awning and it ended up fine.
