I see where it’s coming from on the inside (from between two overlapping panels) but can’t find the entry point on the outside. Unless I should just squeeze some silicone into that space?
You can try that, but you might just make a dam where it backs up.
What about using the garden hose and start at your lowest points then work your way up?

Are those two overlapping panels where you found the leak near the floor, or is it somewhere higher up?
If it's near the floor, it's probably the same source as your front leak, as it may be flowing to the rear by thrust force as you accelerate.

I once had water intrusion that wet the entire interior floor in this way. It was actually wetter in the rear, even though the source was in the front.

In my case, it was an issue at the cowl drain. It wasn't clogged or cracked either. The factory seal around the drain head, where the drain assembly meets the metal to seal it off, was compromised. I used Permatex Ultra Grey (the pressurized can version) to apply a thick bead of sealant all around. The finished product was much like the original factory seal in texture and appearance.

I need a lot of water to start seeing the leak. It takes a decent rain storm to get any water into the trunk.

It’s two separate leaks. But thanks for the DP! Unfortunately, the only way to access the cowl drain on my car is by removing the wipers, and I don’t have (or want to start) with an impact tool.

The trunk leak has been going on for at least a year or two, while the front leak was only discovered recently.

For lack of a better place to put this, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that wants the feature to die a FAST and very painful death

If you take into consideration how many batteries this feature kills, it is an overall net loss for the environment.
But sure, car makers get to ignore that part and just say that collectively the feature saved a few gallons of gas

When I bought my car around 3 years ago I needed to replace a back headlight (I think?) and I bought a 2 pack. My back blinker just burnt out. Is this the same bulb or do I need to buy something else?

Make & model? Most likely the same two filament bulb.

Never seen a car with headlights in the back.  :)

that's a tough model year. You need extra blinker fluid or it runs dry and burns out

You can try that, but you might just make a dam where it backs up.
What about using the garden hose and start at your lowest points then work your way up?

We had another decent rain and it seems that whatever I did in the front with the cowl drain worked. I also opened the drainage hole in the side of my trunk and water didn’t flow to the back seats, either. But there’s still a ton of water coming in.

The water seems to be coming in from the seam in the dead center of this picture. Any way to figure out where it originates? I’ve put silicone all the way up the side of the rear windowpane and also smeared it on top of the visible seams over the trunk.

That is a hard one. Probably a leak somewhere in the rear window gasket could end up leaking at that spot.
