First of all i think you need to wear looser pants...not only will it calm you down, reduce acid reflux and its great for circulation.

The one year warranty you get from Apple is 1 year from date of purchase from authorized seller. If this wasn't the case then after the warranty is over I can just sell the iPad to "my friend" and he'll have 1 year from then and so on and so forth. This will result in a non ending warranty which theres no way Apple will honer. Here is a link to delight yourself in which kinda says the same about Apple Care. You can buy it if the item is still within the original purchase date. When you buy an iPad from eBay where do you think the seller is getting it from? Trust me he's no drop shipping it from Apple.com. See WTH I'm talking about below, if for some reason the first link won't open try browsing incognito, if that doesn't work try the next link.

Oh I see you start to agree somewhat to what I'm saying... BTW a huge chunk of Apple eBay Daily Deals are from  authorized resellers like Adorama etc. so stop being so proud with your Best Buy nonsense... There are better deals than that going on all the time with the same warranty...
