Google offers a paid plan on Google Play Music which gives you unlimited access to all songs without ads, as well as YouTube Red, for $10 a month. They also offer a family subscription for up to a total of 6 people for $15 a month.
Would anyone be interested in splitting the family subscription with me for $3 a month? Each member of the "family" would QP me $36 for one year as it would be impractical to request $3 every month from every member. Anyone down?

It's over 16 with tax 16/6 =2.66 I rounded it to 3.

I probably don't need to tell you this, but make sure the "family payment method" is a Citi or BofA virtual number with a $1 spending limit and a expiration set for 12 months (the maximum).

Otherwise all members can spend on the card on Apps without authorization.

Write down the CVV of the virtual number, as you need it to add new members to the group.

You do NOT need to use the virtual card to pay the $15/month, you can use any cards in your Google wallet.
