One more comment I think, I'm not sure but QF 744 is not equipped with F cabin, the Sydney flight that originated NY is the 744, therefore if you book this flight with Avios you won't have the option of F, so technically there's no way of booking QF in F with BA Avios and put the rate of a single flight. Since this is considered one long flight it has a different rule.... That's why I think it wouldn't be possible to get BA to book F, because then they will have to split the flight in 2... JFK-LAX is a 744 and LAX-SYD is a A-380, both flights are QF 12 though, so Y and J will go fine but F I think not

1) Aside from the JL notes, what are you adding that hasn't been parroted already in the blogosphere? A day late and a dollar short it seems to me.
2) I would not point out or link to ilherman's post, which is potentially incendiary, lacks a basis in fact, and in light of the latest development seems wide of the mark.
3) I like "Taking a neutron bomb to deal with a fight at a soccer game" better than "Why use a nuclear bomb to solve a problem that a sharpshooter could take care of?"

At this point, I'd say leave it. All your readers that this affects and that care about this must've heard about it by now. All those that don't; this is irrelevant to. It'll look funny posting it a week later than ever other blogger, IMO. I'd say just let dead dogs lie.
