Piddling points about wording:
If a fee has been eliminated, then it can't be waived, can it? It no longer exists.
So maybe where fee is permanently eliminated, it should say "No change fee", and use "Change fees waived" only if it's temporary, and the fee will be un-waived in the future.
"No fee waiver" is confusing, kinda like a double negative.
Is it "no fee-waiver", that is, the fee is not waived, and must be paid?
Or "no-fee waiver", that is, one gets a waiver that says "No fee for you!"
Maybe better to phrase this positively, like "Change fees are charged" or something like that. If that's what's implied.
But don't go by me.
