Although I wish I had the time to thumb through that (and kudos to you for putting it together!) I think its worth mentioning that AsiaMiles are a great option for JFK-LAX on AA and JFK-YVR on CX (30k OW and 50k RT in J/ 40k OW and 70k RT in F). Also as an Amex transfer makes it a more practical option for many rather than AS.

Question- is the chart correct that AS is 65k in both J & F for JFK-LAX?

Wondering why Abu Dhabi fell in there... If that's the case you can add much more that can be booked with AS...

+1.  Also, why not DXB?

What about Aer Lingus? I think it's an Avios program, if so why can it not be booked with IB?

I could add CX, think it's worthwhile? What other routes is it useful for?

AS.com says 65K is for J, but when you search online it only pulls up F. I'm assuming over the phone they can book the J space as well and that it would be the 65K as specified.

Deleted.

Because IB isn't a partner with them. Probably should be deleted as well, it's a holdover from the old BA chart from NYC which is how I intended to do the post before I got caught up in it...

Deleted Aer Lingus.

Now do I add AB, CX, JL...or just post as is?

If you have time and you think it's a good use, why not?

Because I'm not convinced that the post as it stands was a good use of my time and that further investing into the post will be a good use of time?

Dan, an honest opinion to boost your rating is to redo the whole website it should be competitive with other blogs and forums, maybe something like SD or FW?
For example these related posts you always add to articles should come up automatically on searches

Another thing, when you build a tool you can always focus on something to compare

I get why you would want to separate it by alliance, but to the casual reader, it probably doesn't matter that much.  Kind of like your posts on ANA, it would be more useful to show cheapest miles options to various destinations - accross alliances .

Not sure it would matter for this post, but that's not the case with all partners.

Is the Aisa miles use to HKG on Cathay the cheapest ?

Also why the RT and not the One way chart ?
Either way I like it.

They can only pull up Z class, not U.

I personally have not, but it seems they call "Z class", Business Class on a 3 cabin aircraft and totally avoid U.

Prob can be long sold, but more effort than most will make.
