Didn't have a chance to go through the whole post ,but from what I came across in the beginning it's so far amazing.
Just on the point where you meantioned business CC, I hold you should speak it out a bit more explaining; that if you don't write your full legal name as you're writing on the application then you will most probably have difficulties getting the application approved, unless you're going to verify the business name and pay money to add that name as a verified business..
There's been so many reports where people would just apply with their name and then for the business use another name and hope for the best, if they get a proper warning ahead of time, meaning they're advised against it before hand then hopefully we won't be hearing about such mistakes.
You do bold that piece of advice, but I hold it should be forewarned and elaborated a bit more, to avoid confusion.
As your well written post does contain alot about the business card and how someone with a simple bussiness can open one, then the very least that you can do is give a proper warning and avoid the need for a 2nd pull because of a silly mistake which unfortunately is a common mistake amongst those who don't have a legit business name and are running a sole proprietorship.
{ It’s important to just write your own name as the business name if you are just applying for your own small business as a Sole Proprietorship that doesn’t have any business paperwork.}
