Starbucks recently announced that they will be offering a Prepaid VISA Card through JPMorgan Chase by the end of 2016...
Star-bird anybody???

Perhaps this will be the new bluebird/serve/redcard?
Some very early talk about benefits of the card: "The Starbucks Rewards Prepaid Card from Chase won’t charge monthly service fees or fees for loading money on to the card, which are typically associated with prepaid cards."
