*A new Simple+ or Select checking account must be opened by 06/30/2016. Offer available for Simple+ or Select checking customers who are new Astoria Bank checking customers. Owners of checking accounts that have previously received a bonus are ineligible. To qualify for the bonus, each month for three consecutive months within the first four months of opening a new Simple+ or Select checking account, you must (1) Maintain the required balance AND (2) Receive direct deposits totaling at least $250 each month OR have three Bill/People Pay payments of at least $25 each per month, made through Astoria Bank Online/Mobile Banking, post to your Simple+ or Select checking account. A Select checking account has a $15 monthly service charge which can be avoided by maintaining the required balance.
The cash bonus of $250 will be credited to the new checking account within 30 business days after receipt of the third month’s required direct deposits or after the third month’s required Bill/People Pay payments have posted. Account must be open when bonus is credited. The minimum opening deposit is $100 for a Simple+ or Select checking account.
