I heard a wonderful story on Shabbos. Someone was was waiting in Manhattan for the Heiman's bus (that is an orthodox run bus service between NYC to Montreal, which makes a few stops in places like Williamsburg, Boro Park, Crown Heights and Manhattan to pick up passengers.) and he called to find out what time the bus will make its stop in Manhattan. After waiting for a while and the bus not showing up, he calls back and the same lady answers the phone. She informs him that the bus got full at its previous stops and so it did not come to Manhattan and headed straight to Montreal.
"But you said to me the bus would stop here!?"
"I said? My word is not a word."
