It is stackable if you have credit from referring someone. It's not stackable if it's your first $13 off.

Matthew sense, for that you need a card you can't use via checkout uchedome. If it only works the first time then there's no point keeping a primary account.

That's not really the reason it's not stackable. Your first $13 is considered a promo, so the two promos don't combine. While the $13 you get from referring is considered delivery.com credit.

I just called them to to try and reactivate one of my primary accounts, and the rep told me that I had 90-something accounts in my name and she was going to transfer me to the billing department. Are the cops coming for me??
