Ted Cruz’s presidential campaign defended an endorsement from a controversial pastor who has said Jews will be hunted and put in death camps before Jesus returns.

Kansas evangelical Pastor Mike Bickle, whose endorsement the campaign publicized last month, runs a project called Israel Mandate, one of whose goals is “partnering with Messianic Jews for the salvation of the Jewish people.”

In a sermon in 2011, Bickle said God would give Jews a chance to convert to Christianity and “raise up the hunters” against those who refuse. Bickle called Hitler “the most famous hunter in recent history.” In 2005, Bickle said in a sermon that before Jesus’ coming, “a significant number of Jews will be in work camps, prison camps or death camps.”

They knew NY would be a wipeout. Trump needs to get 392 out of 734 remaining delegates to lock in nomination. At this point, it still looks likely that Cruz can prevent that from happening. (Cruz would need 95% of the remaining delegates, which is almost guaranteed not to happen.) NY was much more of a win for Trump than anywhere else. If I'm not mistaken, this is the first primary he's broken 50%. The numbers displayed here are inconsistent with the rest of the country.

What difference does it make. NY is different demographically than many other states including TX. If you prefer to use OH where Trump got none then do so. The point is that a strong showing by a candidate on his home turf does not mean that anyone should drop out. The better question is why Kasich is still in. He is not doing anything at all to even try to win. He will get trounced in a general even if Hillary is indicted.

I said Cruz got destroyed in NY and you tried to make it sound like the same thing happen to Trump on Cruz's home turf. The fact show you are wrong so as usually you just move on to something else.

In a general election, Kasich would lose to Mickey Mouse, who always gets a sizable number of write-in votes.
