Sleeping on long flights
« on: April 12, 2016, 11:38:25 PM »
I'm flying to Israel on a flight which lands on Friday morning, and I must sleep on the plane. Problem is, I find sleeping on an airplane impossible. Does anyone have any advice on falling asleep on the plane?

I find staying awake on a long airplane flight impossible.

Maybe do what I do and bring a bunch of seforim to get caught up on your learning. It never works.

I actually saw that Shala in a Koivetz the Skever Kollel gave out. And, for the record, I have a poor history of falling asleep on a plane.

knock out by shiff. Good pillow, eye covers... also if stomach bothers you, dont eat airline food and take probiotics, hydrate internally and externally, take off your shoes, wear good socks, comfy pants and shirt.. dont touch airplane pillows or blankets

If you cant catch up on learning and cant sleep, try joining the mile high club
