please.... anybody with any technical know how can manipulate that
While Avis TLV may not accept it, I got out of a $200 school zone camera ticket with that defense (brought in a pic with no lights flashing with a timestamp)

Thank g-d for chargebacks!
you mention chargebacks and their 60 day policy often... do you mean the standard challenging a charge on your card?  or is there something else?

Aren't you scared of getting blacklisted by Avis?

Avis TLV is just a franchise.  Not corp owned like US locations.

So if anything it would reflect negatively on them (TLV), as they make the Avis brand look bad.

I believe even a franchise can blacklist if they want.

They have on a lot of things close cooperation.

I'm sure the franchise can blacklist me from Avis IL, but I doubt they have any control over Avis US.
Anyway even if they tried I have an airtight case so I wasn't worried.

Same as Aitchly:
Took ditital photos & made sure to capture the Check-Out guy in some of them.
I was waiting for them to try & blame me for those scratches & dents.  Boy'd I have some fun

You could have the check out guy hold a newspaper!
