Not sure if this has been discussed yet, but I have heard from 2 people already that they called to cancel their amex plat (after 60 days elapsed) and amex refused to refund them the prorated annual fee. No matter what they said, they wouldnt do it.
Has anyone else heard of this happening? Is it Amex's policy that they refund the prorated amount or is it at the CSR's discretion?
