Get 1,000 Delta SkyMiles for signing up in the Fedex/Delta SkyMiles program. Just register and miles post in 6-8 weeks. (You have to enter a valid credit card # but it will only be charged if you ship stuff). Through March 31.

For those who just scanned the first paragraph which implies that you need to actually ship something to earn miles...continue reading through the second paragraph:  "You will also receive a 1,000 mile bonus just for enrolling. "

I just signed up and this is what is stated

Welcome to the FedEx and Delta SkyMiles program. With this exciting relationship you will now earn 500 miles from SkyMiles for your first and fourth eligible shipments with FedEx. Plus, you will earn 1 mile for every dollar spent on FedEx shipping services. It’s that simple. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for the miles to be credited to your account

Were does it say you will get 1000 Miles for signing up?
