I'm asking if there's actual value in a signed one, or if all of the value lies in the low mintage.  Just curiosity, really, if I can beat the bots, I am keeping the coin.

Good question if this is the cause for hype (honestly don't understand the value of mintage) ! If I don't commit with any buyer and I don't have that specially signed certificate, is my coin worthless?
I intend on buying coin without signing up with any buying company, why feel obligated with one company if another will pay much more??

100% it's worth the gamble for $65 vs a a $700 coin.

Sure. You can save your credit card, shipping and billing address into your US mint account. You will need to have the Credit card security code though on hand when you order. If there are no issues with the website at the time you try to order, it should take about 30 seconds.

Simple I live in House number
  1234 Anywhere Street Brooklyn NY 11234
 I use a separate email, phone number cc, and everything possible different.
  Then I ask my next door neighbor if they can receive my package for me, so you can use your husband's name, but everything else including his billing address and shipping , cc, email and phone number should be that address next door 1235 Anywhere Street.....
 Meaning nothing should be the same and use the billing as the shipping address ,don't repeat shipping and billing addresses, nor cc nor emails or phone numbers, keep everything different.
 And of course good luck getting ahold of one of these coins.
