You mean getting one hand signed, buying a 70, putting that with the hand signed cert and send in for grading? Who would even think of something like that?

if you get a 69, waste.
even if you get a 70, youll get back in 3 weeks at best. Where will the marker be then? Very possibly significantly lower, as is most often the case post initial frenzy

Where would it say it was hand signed-It's a separate certificate? I thought it would be on the actual seal of the coin

Safest way is Registered Mail. Now you could make a case about FMV for the say at 1k and insure it for that.

My coin got lost/stolen on its way to me. And I had already sold in on ebay for $1,000.

That is a different situation. When I ship PM's RM I insure them for what they sold for, not what I paid. I also have an invoice.
