What does Gold Shield add?
Where is the COA option online?
Wity PCGS Gold Shield, each coin is imaged in high resolution, registered, and checked against PCGS vast proprietary imaging database. Our Gold Shield system benefits from artificial intelligence and machine learning, helping our graders quickly identify and remove counterfeits from the market. PCGS Gold Shield may then identify lost or stolen pieces resubmitted to us, ensuring your coins maximum value.

COA should be written in the comments section as per pcgs csr. I believe its $15 to have it encased.

I paid for membership to PCGS.  Happy for somebody to use my membership to send in their coin, each coin gets assigned its own order number so I am not concerned about the coins getting mixed up, which was my initial concern.  You can also change the return shipping address to your own address so that I do not get your coin.

Asking $15 just to defray my own membership cost.  Send me a pm.
From what I understand the signature on the paper has to be the one whose membership it is, not the one that it's getting returned to via shipping.

Good point. Does it have to be an original signature or is a scan ok?

That is what they told me, besides the fact that first strike is a separate service (you select) not a coin description

can someone explain to me why the 2019-S American Eagle One Ounce Silver "Enhanced Reverse" Proof Coin is worth so much money?  the us mint sells many limited edition coins. please don't just say 'supply & demand'.

Supply and demand.  :)

Your argument references the supply part of the equation.

In this case, the demand is the driving force. The American Eagle Silver Dollar series is extremely popular with collectors and hundreds of thousands of people collect them, both in the USA and around the world.  30k is simply far too small to satisfy the much larger demand.

I believe this is the smallest mintage on record.

I believe this is the smallest mintage on record.

Correct, however, his question was why is it worth more then other recent offerings from the US Mint, from other series, that have lower or similair mintages (the eishenhower RP from 2015 with 17k mintage is one example) and have not appreciated anywhere near this offering.
