Just spoke with pinehurst coins. He said that there can possibly be a market for these coins. But it's way to soon to know, as he just sent in his bunch for grading.
He said a 1 day coin has potential to be worth more as well as if it gets a 70 grade.
He said they would possibly buy it for a bit more than the cost if it's a 70 and what will be a later time he won't know till a bit later, as they are still avlb to the public and if they would sell out which can possibly happen, which would make the coins value go up.
If I weren't a numismatist, and I were in your shoes, I wouldn't hold on.
