If you were unlucky today... try checking 6:30-7:30am EST (keep hitting refresh) at the US Mint for the next week or so. Might get lucky and see available

They never ship right away anyway
overnight some orders get canceled for various reasons which results in new inventory

I got my order acknowledgment email at 12:09 pm and then it said processing online. Got confirmation email at 8:58 pm and it changed to backorder.

Definitely not individually
They might send all coins at once or divide into 2 or more if needed
From experience 1 order of 99 got shipped in 1 box
No reason to ship each coin separately.
The coins come in a separate small box and can be sold this way. Don't remember what difference it actually makes for people who plan on grading
